Delete your Vukki Pulse account
How to delete your accountYou can delete your Vukki Pulse account directly from the mobile application.
To delete your account:
- Open the Vukki Pulse app.
- Go to the Profile section.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- Tap "Delete account".
- Confirm the account deletion request.
Your account will be permanently deleted after confirmation.
Data deletionWhen you delete your Vukki Pulse account, we delete the personal data associated with your account, including:
- your account information;
- your email address used for authentication;
- your pet profiles and related information;
- your care plans and app activity data.
Some technical information may be retained for a limited period if required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or system maintenance.
